General Provisions and Acknowledgement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between rabje ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user"). By visiting the rabje.cam website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to all of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using rabje's services. These Terms apply in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

1.1 Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and related activities on the rabje platform. In addition, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are considered part of these Terms.

1.2 Nature of Service

Eligibility and Registration

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If anyone gains unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all transactions carried out through your account, unless you can demonstrate in writing that unauthorised access has occurred.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

rabje reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred.
• Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or harm to other users is found.
• Evidence of multiple account creation or bonus abuse is found.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

3.3 Account Closure at User Request

You may request account closure at any time via our live chat or email. Subject to the applicable conditions being met, any balance may be withdrawn prior to closure.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

rabje currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳200.

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account within a few minutes. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact our support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. For verified accounts, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳4,000, you will receive an additional ৳4,000 as a bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period and specific wagering requirements.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus generally cannot be claimed, unless explicitly permitted.
• The maximum bet amount placed with bonus funds may be limited — follow the guidelines stated for each promotion.
• In cases of bonus abuse or claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts, rabje reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

5.3 VIP Program

rabje has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is offered at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Progression from one tier to the next depends on your activity on the platform and your overall participation. VIP benefits may be changed without prior notice.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are considered final and generally cannot be changed once confirmed. rabje reserves the right to void any bet unintentionally accepted due to a technical error.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on international cricket matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and the ICC World Cup. The policy on refunding bets in the event of a cancelled match or abandonment due to rain will be determined according to the individual rules of each market.

6.3 Game Result Transparency

All games on rabje are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Results in slots, table games, and live casino games are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a real dealer. In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, rabje's decision shall be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Strategic betting intended to circumvent bonus terms (for example, placing equal bets on opposing sides in the same match).
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraud, money laundering, or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Harassment or intimidation of other users or staff.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to rabje's systems.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor.

Responsible Gaming Policy

rabje places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of financial difficulty.

8.1 Setting Self-Limits

Users can set the following limits through our support team:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Maximum bet amount limits.
• A temporary account break for a set period (Cooling-off).
• Permanent self-exclusion (Self-exclusion).

8.2 Minor Protection

Limitation of Liability

Amendment & Termination of Terms

12.1 Right to Amend

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between rabje and its users. No prior verbal or written understanding supersedes this document.
